Flip's Story

Flip is a little puppy who is about 17 lbs at 5 months old. He is estimated to be a border collie / rat terrier mix. He probably will be under 30 lbs. full grown. He is a playful energetic pup who gets along with all the dogs in his foster home. He is currently using a belly band as he is working on housetraining. If taken out often, he has been able to keep his belly band dry. Flip is kept in a puppy pen when his foster is not at home. He is still a puppy and needs frequent human contact and training.
