Before that, I was found wandering alone as a stray in Martin County. I was scared, unsure of the world around me, and didnt know who I could trust. Thankfully, some kind people gave me a chance, and Ive been learning ever since.<br/><br/>Im a handsome Weimaraner mix with a gentle heart. While Ive made incredible progress since being rescued, Im still a shy guy who needs time to feel safe and comfortable. New situations and loud noises can be overwhelming for me, so Ill need an experienced adopter who understands that trust isnt built overnight. Patience, consistency, and kindness will go a long way in helping me continue to blossom.<br/><br/>One thing that helps me feel more confident is being around other dogs. Im friendly with my canine companions and enjoy their company. Because Im sensitive and can be startled by loud sounds and sudden activity, I would do best in a calm home with adults or older children who understand how to respect my space.<br/><br/>Im not looking for perfectionjust someone willing to meet me where I am and love me for who I am. The best things in life are worth waiting for, and I promise that earning my trust will be one of the most rewarding experiences youll ever have.<br/><br/>Im currently being fostered in Vero Beach, Florida, and Im hoping my forever family is out there waiting to find me.<br/><br/>Could that be you?
