The owner already had 3 dogs so could not keep him. He is just a puppy so not much is<br/><br/>known about him. He was reported to be calm, friendly, good with other dogs and already knew “sit”. He was fostered by a couple in Phoenix; they were charged with observing him and updating his personality profile.
