Meet FLAMINGO , the resilient brindle boxer mix. Found abandoned on the harsh streets of South Texas, Flamingo has faced more challenges than most dogs could ever imagine. When we found her, she was missing half of her fur due to mange, her skin was bleeding, and secondary infections had taken their toll. But thanks to her incredible spirit and the loving care she's received, this brave girl is making a remarkable recovery. Much of her stunning brindle coat has already grown back, revealing the beauty that was always inside.<br/><br/>Despite her tough past, Flamingo is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. She gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and has even formed a special bond with a feisty Chihuahua. While he may be small with a big attitude, Flamingo handles his snippiness with grace, gently pawing him until he joins her in play.<br/><br/>We’re so excited to watch Flamingo continue to heal and grow, both physically and emotionally. She’s ready for a forever home where she can continue her journey and share her boundless love. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm. <br/><br/>Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state.
