She had a liver that was 4x the normal size and this impacted her ability to breathe and was her cause of death.<br/><br/>Liver issues are common with hydrocephalus.<br/><br/>***Indefinite Medical Hold***<br/><br/>Fiona is now as big as she is going to get. She received a new diagnosis of dwarfism along with her hydrocephalus. She continues to have hydrocephaly flare-ups. She is the size of a 6-month-old puppy and weighs 10 pounds. She remains on medical hold as we work through her medical needs.<br/><br/>She is smart, sassy, very active, and bossy! She's got the best personality!<br/><br/>***Fiona is on an indefinite medical hold due to her hydrocephalus and dwarfism. When/IF she is ever ready for adoption - and we don't know when that might be - she will be available to local (DFW, TX) candidates only, no exceptions.***
