Finley is friendly, playful, silly, and enthusiastic. He’s neutered, microchipped, great on the leash, knows some commands and lives for treats, walks and belly rubs. If he sees a leash in your hand, he heads straight for the door. Finley is approximately two years old and weighs 60 lbs. He was found as a stray, so we don't know anything about his background. He can be shy with men when he first meets them, but is friendly and playful with all of our male volunteers. He is very good for the vet. He would love an owner who enjoys getting out for walks/hikes. Every dog we place receives age-appropriate vaccines, is treated for worms, ticks, and fleas, tested for heartworm, microchipped, and spayed or neutered before adoption. We send each dog home with a collar and leash. Please fill out the adoption application if you would like to be considered for a dog in our care.<br/><br/>With few exceptions, dogs are happiest and well-behaved when they receive daily exercise and ongoing training, so we always prefer to place our dogs with families willing to commit to both.
