Findley 's Story

Meet Findley, a sweet, 15 month old, 65lb, neutered, smart GSD male mix who is full of love, energy, and eagerness to please.

This boy’s ideal home is with a family of at least a couple of big kids/teens (10 yo+), another dog-friendly dog (but no cats), who will shower him with affection and attention.

He would love a daily vigorous session of fetch in a big fenced-in yard. He also loves the beach, digging in the sand and fetching float toys.

Finn requires a strong, calm handler for leash walks as he is reactive when he sees other dogs or squirrels (he is not reactive toward people). He does well off-leash with other friendly socialized dogs, as in a doggie daycare setting.

He loves to cuddle and be with his people, indoors and out. He is a sensitive boy who does not like being home alone, but a crate is not a good solution for him, as he is fully house trained and not destructive.
