Fig's Story

Meet Fig, an incredibly sweet, energetic 2-year-old female (I believe she is highly likely a Belgian Malinois) weighing approximately 50 pounds. The only thing more outsized than Fig’s love for life is her irresistibly floppy ears. This sweet princess has the gentlest soul, kindest heart, and is unconditionally loyal.

Ms. Fig is:

Fully housebroken/potty trained
Crate trained up to 4-5 hours
Spayed and up to date on her vaccines
Travels well in cars
Knows basic commands such as “sit,” “come,” and “wait.”
Plays well with other dogs per her doggy day camp staff.
Fig’s favorite pastimes include long walks, zoomies at the park, chasing squirrels, playing with her squeak or rope toys, and, most of all, cuddling next to her favorite people for scratches and belly rubs. This Lil’ lady is highly treat-motivated and has never met a peanut butter Kong or bully stick she wasn’t prepared to inhale.

Fig’s current foster dad absolutely adores her but is unable to adopt due to upcoming work schedule changes. Fig would do best with an active family or in a home with a yard that allows for her to run, sniff, and explore freely. However, she is currently thriving in an apartment with multiple daily walks, and toys to keep her mentally stimulated. If interested in meeting Ms. Fig and allowing her to instantly melt your heart, please call or text Neil at 909-292-8999.
