Whether he's playing fetch with humans or roughhousing with other dogs in the yard, he's all tail wags and happy prances. Festus has a snuggly side to him as well. He's an expert at leaning his whole body up against you and staring up with his big, brown, puppy-dog eyes for attention. Think you can resist his charm? We dare you to come try. ;)<br/><br/>This pet is available through SICSA Pet Adoption & Wellness Center, located at 8172 Washington Church Road, Washington Township, OH 45458.
