The people who found them knew they didn't have a way to keep them but also knew they couldn't just leave them there to get hit. Now they are here at the shelter, safe and getting plenty of food to eat. They are well on their way to living a wonderful life, Ferret just needs you to submit your application so you can give him a new home. <br/><br/>All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Cats are tested for FIV/FELK. Dogs over 6 months are tested for heartworms and started on HW prevention.<br/> <br/>Our adoptions include a 30 Day Free Trial period with Trupanion Pet Insurance<br/><br/>WE ARE OPEN for visitors from 12PM - 4PM Tuesday-Saturdays or by APPOINTMENT at other times. <br/><br/> <br/>We suggest calling prior to visiting our adoption center to ensure the animal you wish to meet is here at our Center (some are in foster care) and still available. Laurens County Humane Society's Adoption Policy
Call & Check that the animal is at our Center before arriving. Many are in Foster Care. Adopters must have an approved application before adopting. It is Free to Apply & Does Not Commit You! APPLY HERE: https://form.jotform.com/202887123155152 Puppies & Kittens under 16 weeks require a Veterinarian Reference to adopt Adoption Fee's range from $75-$400 and all our adoptable animals are already spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate Vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Felines are also FIV/FELK tested. All Canines are started on Heartworm Preventatives and if 6 months or older they are tested for Heartworm Disease
