FERN 122-26's Story

Meet Fern, a delightful 6-month-old pup who weighs 35 pounds and is brimming with energy and joy! Fern is an adventurous spirit who loves to play, run, and explore her surroundings. With her playful personality, she’s sure to bring endless fun to your home. Fern is already spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations. She has tested negative for heartworm and Lyme disease, and she’s microchipped for added safety. Additionally, she is on current flea and tick prevention, so you can have peace of mind while enjoying your time together. This sweet girl was surrendered to us because her previous owner was unable to keep up with her lively disposition. While she is partially house-trained and making great strides, she’s just about ready to become fully house-trained with a little more guidance. Fern is also learning valuable commands, such as "sit," and is becoming more skilled at walking on a leash. She’s a quick learner, and with consistent training, she will undoubtedly pick things up in no time! Although Fern hasn't had the chance to meet other dogs or animals yet, her sweet and friendly nature makes her an ideal candidate for socialization with the right introductions. If you're looking for a playful companion to share your adventures, Fern could be the perfect fit for you. Come meet her and discover the joy she can bring to your life!<br/>*Interested in adopting? * To take the first step towards bringing this lovely dog into your home, please complete our online application at https://www.guernseycountydogshelter.com/ or click the round purple button to access it.
