Felix hails from Tijuana. He was living in a home with several dogs. His owner needed to move and could not take all of them. Felix loves loves loves people. He can live harmoniously with cats. He is between 6-7 years old and weighs 40 pounds. Felix will not be a dog park dog. It overwhelms him. He will be a cuddler and a wonderful and sweet companion. Everyone who meets him falls in love. He is a social butterfly in the human world. <br/>All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An adoption fee, application, and contract are required.
