Farrah's Story

Farrah is one lucky girl! On a very, very cold day not too long ago, Farrah was "spotted" by one of our kind volunteers. Our volunteer knew that this was not a good situation with the freezing cold temperatures that were coming so she stopped her car and tried to coax Farrrah to her. After many attempts with lots of treats, lots of "baby talking," and lots of patience over several hours, Farrah was finally in her car! Farrah has gotten lots of TLC while she has been with us. She has also gotten all of her vaccinations, she has a microchip, and she has been spayed. Unfortunately, Farrah is heartworm positive. No worries! Farrah already has her first heartworm treatment appointment set up. Now all she needs is a foster home where she can rest while she undergoes treatment. If she is really lucky, maybe her foster home will become her "forever" home! Paws crossed for Farrah!!
