Fargo's Story

Hi! I’m Fargo! I’m approximately 1.5-2 years old. Everyone that meets me tells me how handsome I am! I was found as a stray near the McKinney/Princeton border. I was living in a construction zone and surviving off trash from the work teams until I was rescued. I was really skinny and scared of people at first, but now I enjoy getting love—see my video above. Quality time and gifts (chicken!) are my love languages. Once I know I'm safe with you I’ll snuggle up next to you for some pets. I have already learned how to wear a harness, walk on a leash, and “touch,” and am working on “sit” and “down.” I’m a smart boy and will do almost anything for some chicken—not a fan of carrots (yuck!). I love outside time and am learning how to play with toys. I enjoy relaxing next to my foster mom after our training sessions and am the most loyal companion. I am dog-friendly, but prefer calm dogs. I am looking for a family that is patient, calm, and has a fenced yard so I can play. I am fully vetted and am a healthy boy waiting for my forever home. Please message my foster mom to set up a meet and greet soon!
