Faith's Story
Faith is a 5-year-old Lab mix weighing about 67 pounds, and she’s the kind of dog who makes a house feel like home. This lovely girl is fully house-trained and doesn’t require a crate—she happily sleeps loose and enjoys having free reign of the living room and kitchen.

Faith is a lower-energy companion who’s perfectly content hanging out around the house, spending some time in the yard, or enjoying her favorite activities like playing fetch, chewing on a good bone, or chasing a beloved stuffed squeaky toy outside (squeaky toys are her absolute favorite!). She’s just as happy curling up next to you on the couch for tummy rubs as she is playing in the yard.

In her foster home, Faith did well with another calm, small female dog. She hasn’t been exposed to kids in our care, but she’s a very sweet, polite girl who would likely do well with respectful children. Faith greets visitors with a happily wagging tail—and her foster says they’ve yet to hear her bark!

Faith is described as friendly, outgoing, confident, adaptable, happy, playful, and quiet. She’s also a smart cookie—once leaving her squeaky pig outside, she promptly asked to go back out just to retrieve it!

If you’re looking for a gentle companion with a peaceful spirit and a heart full of love, Faith may be exactly the dog you’ve been waiting for. Her minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.

For information about this dog's breed(s), visit:
http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/abc.htm

To fill out our adoption application, go to:
http://fs16.formsite.com/WishBoneCanineRescue/adoptionapplication/index.html
