Faith's Story

Say hello to Faith, our three-legged wonder with a spirit that’s anything but broken. At 1.5 years old, this sweetheart Aussiedoodle now weighing 49 Lbs. came into rescue when a neighbor alerted us that her owner no longer wanted her. She was in very bad shape with a lot of missing hair due to skin conditions and her back leg dangling. We found out that she had been shot and was like that for almost a year. When we took her into the vet X-rays showed not only had she been shot but she also had a break in the leg too. Unfortunately, her leg couldn't be saved
But don’t let the missing leg fool you—Faith has adapted like a champ and gets around just fine, doing everything all the other dogs can do.
Even though Faith had been an outside dog all her life, she never once pottied in the house, using the dog door like a superstar!
Despite everything she’s been through, Faith has held onto her soft, sweet soul, always ready to give you a listening ear. All she’s missing now is a forever family to love her for the incredible dog she is—three legs and all. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with the soul of a survivor and a whole lot of love to give, Faith might just be your hero.
The Aussiedoodle can come in a variety of coat colors. The poodle half makes them a low-shedding dog, so they could be a good fit for allergy sufferers. Because this mixed breed is a cross between two well-established breeds, the specific characteristics of each Aussiedoodle can vary slightly but overall they are very smart, playful, and great with kids.
Faith is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, on flea and tick prevention and micro-chipped. $215 rescue adoption fee applies. If you would like an adoption application and to set up a meet and greet, E-Mail or call or text Lori at: 760-680-3713 Located in Grove, OK.
