Evie 2 is a beautiful 9-year-old girl, weighing 73 pounds, who was pulled from a local shelter just in time, after being threatened with immediate euthanasia due to overcrowding. While her paperwork says “senior,” Evie didn’t get the memo—she truly acts more like a happy, playful five-year-old.<br/>Evie is an affectionate, people-loving dog who absolutely adores being close to her humans. She follows her foster mom from room to room and could happily be petted for hours. Snuggling is one of her favorite pastimes, and her calm, loving presence makes her a wonderful companion.<br/>This sweet girl is very well-mannered in the home. She is fully housebroken, uses the doggy door, sleeps in a crate, and is trustworthy when left alone. Evie loads into the car easily and rides like a pro. She rarely barks and has a laid-back personality, though she still enjoys spending time outside—and sometimes does a few joyful zoomies before coming back in.<br/>Evie loves people and greets everyone with kindness and affection. She has not been tested with cats.
