Meet Everly! This sweet girl was e-listed at MCACC for being shy and shut down in the shelter. She’s a total sweetheart, but the shelter was just so overwhelming for her and she was terrified. Our good friends at Heart of Infinity originally pulled her, but one of our board members is fostering her and she is now in our care and still looking for her forever home!<br/><br/>Everly has come so far since leaving the shelter. She is a wonderful pup and will make a great addition to many homes. She is both crate trained and potty trained. She loves dogs of all sizes and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. Thanks to the socialization work of her foster, she loves car rides and associates them with all the best things in life, like going to the park! She also loves swimming. Everly has spent a lot of time with children and absolutely loves to play with them too. She’s even met cats – one hissed and swatted at her when she was checking him out, and she just cowered down. Like we said, she truly doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She can be a bit of a goofball when she gets going in her play – she really is so endearing.<br/><br/>Because it’s taken a little work to boost her confidence since leaving the shelter, her ideal home would have at least one other dog for her to play with. She’d be great for a family since she loves children, but she would honestly do great in a wide variety of homes.
