Evelynn is a 9-month-old, petite 41-pound pup with a whole lot of love and puppy charm packed into her small frame. She's friendly, affectionate, and full of joyful energy-always ready for fun, cuddles, and adventure.<br/><br/>Evelynn is easy to handle from the start. She comes in and out of her kennel calmly, is patient while being harnessed, and walks nicely on leash, keeping her focus on the trail. She jumps into the car with a little treat motivation and quickly settles in-often napping peacefully after some exercise.<br/><br/>This smart girl already knows "sit," takes treats gently, and is eager to please. She's both crate trained and house trained, making her an easy addition to a home ready for a young, enthusiastic companion.<br/><br/>Evelynn is social and wiggly when meeting new people, greeting them with a happy tail and bright eyes. She has playful puppy energy and sometimes shows mild mouthiness when playing, but she's gentle and easy to redirect. She may jump up when excited, though her size and responsiveness make it simple to guide her toward calmer greetings. Because of her youthful enthusiasm and occasional puppy habits, she'd do best in a home without toddlers. She's otherwise had wonderful experiences with kids!<br/><br/>She has had positive experiences with other dogs and would likely love having a playful canine sibling to romp around with-her joyful energy blossoms even more with a buddy.<br/><br/>Evelynn is a long-timer at the shelter, and she is so ready for a foster or adopter to give her the loving home she deserves.
