Meet Eve! <br/><br/>Eve is a lovable 12-week-old Surprise Mix (possibly Lab Retriever, Terrier and Chihuahua) with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. She was on the Euthanasia list in CA, and we were able to pull her and bring her to Oregon to provide a better life for her. <br/><br/>Eve loves spending time with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion to play with. Shes also great with cats—even the foster homes feral cats—and has even been known to wander out into the field to hang out with the goats! Her easygoing, curious personality makes her a joy to have around.<br/><br/>Eve does well with children but would be happiest in a home with older kids rather than toddlers, as shes still an energetic puppy learning her manners. Our mission is to save dogs who have been abandoned, neglected, surrendered, or placed on euthanasia lists, giving them a second chance through compassionate foster care, veterinary treatment, rehabilitation, training, and carefully matched forever homes. We believe every dog deserves the opportunity to heal, be loved, and find a family of their own.<br/><br/>Every dog in our program lives in a foster home where we learn about their personality, habits, energy level, and individual needs. This allows us to make the best possible match between each dog and their future family.<br/><br/>Our goal isn't simply to place dogsit's to create lifelong, successful adoptions.<br/><br/>Our Adoption Process<br/><br/>To help ensure every dog finds the right home, we ask all potential adopters to:<br/><br/>Complete an adoption application.<br/>Participate in a phone interview.<br/>Provide veterinary and personal references.<br/>Meet the dog before adoption whenever possible.<br/>Adoption Requirements<br/><br/>To provide our dogs with safe, permanent homes, adopters must:<br/><br/>Provide a safe, stable, indoor home.<br/>Have the time, financial ability, and commitment to provide lifelong care.<br/>Some dogs may have additional requirements based on their unique needs, such as a securely fenced yard, another canine companion, or a home without young children.
