This playful little guy is house trained and is always ready to share some fun. Eugene gets along well with other dogs and needs a confident, youngish fur sibling to play with. While Eugene is potty trained, he does not potty on leash consistently so we are asking for a fenced yard for him that is chainlink or privacy.
