GCI Trained Graduate!<br/>Esme, Female, 3 years old, 36 pounds <br/><br/>Esme is such a sweetheart, and now back from GCI (Grafton Correctional Institute) and ready to show off her skills! From her trainer: Esme means beautiful in French, and this describes her perfectly! Esme knows commands sit, down, stay, leave it, and shake. She is very well mannered, loves attention, and especially loves belly rubs. <br/><br/>She is a fantastic medium size, super friendly, and great on a leash. Esme is good with other dogs out and about, and good with children, but does need a home without cats. If you are looking for a wonderful side kick, Esme is a perfect choice!<br/><br/>No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption. <br/><br/>If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment. <br/><br/>All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.<br/><br/>Upon visiting FAPL, if you dont see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
