Ernie's Story

Say hi to little Ernie!

Ernie is a 9 week old white and black Aussie mix with adorable black ears, full tail, and spots. Ernie weighs 11 lbs. His mom is an Aussie/BC mix and the Dad is unknown. While we could speculate on what Ernie mixed with, what can't be speculated is how cute and spunky he is! He came to rescue with his mom and two sisters after they were dropped off at an intake shelter in rural WI.

Ernie has received his first set of puppy shots and is ready to find his new family.

All of our dogs live in foster homes with volunteers. We need an approved application on file to set up a meeting with a dog you might be interested in. You can find our application at www.aussierescuemn.com. All dogs have an adoption fee of $400 plus MN sales tax. There will be a $100 spay deposit for all puppies that are not altered yet. We pride ourselves on matches that are awesome for both the dog and your family. Aussie Rescue of MN is here for support, advice and as a safety net for our dogs for the rest of their lives
