Ernie's Story

Ernie came alongside his brother Bert hoping for a fresh start! He had two other siblings who were adopted in Texas before they made their way up here but we are so glad to be able to match these two with their best fit homes!

Ernie is currently being fostered in Chicago with foster siblings of his own. He is a puppy that we believe is some sort of lab mix but please note that we do not have information on mom or dad so we are learning about them as we go!

If you're interested in adopting a puppy reminder that they are learning so many things for the first time so patience and positive reassurance is key. Ernie is currently being exposed to crate training, leash training and potty training to help his forever family have a starting point.

His adoption includes his age appropriate vaccinations, first month of prevention (flea, tick and heartworm), deworming, neuter and microchip. CRA has an adoption radius of in or within 3 hours of adoption so if you are in our area and would like to be considered apply directly!
