Erin's Story
Erin is a fun, energetic young girl who seems to be right in that in-between stage of puppyhood and her teenage years. She's curious about everything
and still likes to nibble and explore with her mouth, but she's working on learning her puppy manners with much enthusiasm and doing great.
Erin feels very safe and comfortable in her crate and sleeps quietly through the night. When meeting new dogs, she appreciates a little time to warm up, but once she's comfortable, she loves to play-especially with dogs her size or smaller. Her play style is bouncy and playful, full of happy jumps and excitement.
Erin was often so excited to play that she didn't slow down much for cuddles before she gets those zoomies out, but her playful spirit and eagerness to engage really shine through. Erin would likely prefer to be the only female dog in the home and would do best with slightly older children if there are any. Pretty as a picture for sure, Erin is sure to grow into a wonderful companion who will balance playtime and affection beautifully.
*Sleepover feedback: "Erin is the sweetest girl! She sleeps soundly through the night in her crate and used the potty outside. She loves to be near people and likes to stand between your legs while cooking or washing dishes. She loves to sleep under the table and has the cutest little snore. She's does pretty well on a leash and learned how to sit very quickly for treats"!
**Hiker feedback: " I had a great time walking with Erin! She's very playful and has a lot of love to give. She enjoyed blowing bubbles in the water and regular pet stops".
Additional feedback: " Erin is a ball of sweetness! If her adorable face doesn't make you fall in love, her full-body excited wiggles definitely will. Erin did great in the car, happily alternating between laying down and peeking up front to see what was going on. She's also wonderful on a leash - no pulling, and she naturally likes to stay close to her person even on a longer lead. This sweet girl loves a cozy crate and often chooses it herself for daytime naps. She has the perfect balance of energy: happy to entertain herself with toys, always up for a game of tug-of-war, and once she's tired out, she transforms into the ultimate cuddle bug".
