Meet Enzo – our shelter’s heart-stealing ray of sunshine! Enzo’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. When he arrived as one of Fangs’ housemates, he was in the poorest condition and heartbreakingly thin with a skin infection. Thanks to lots of love, patience, and good food, this happy-go-lucky boy has blossomed—gaining around 10 pounds since he came to us! His front legs are permanently bowed, likely from past poor nutrition or a congenital condition, but it doesn’t slow him down for a second. Enzo can keep up with the best of them, delights in playgroups with other dogs, and is an absolute attention hog around people. He soaks up every bit of affection and gives it right back with his big, loving heart. Enzo is ready to find a family who will help him keep gaining weight and support any future care he may need for his unique front legs. Adopters must establish vet care after adoption. We are located at 430 Bristol Drive, Statesville, NC. Hours Monday- Friday: 12- 5 p.m Saturday: 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.m Meet & Greets: We always recommend meet-and-greets with other dogs and children to ensure a great fit. Please bring a collar and leash, or purchase a combo from us for $15 to safely take your new family member home. The 3–3–3 Rule: 3 days to decompress 3 weeks to settle in 3 months to build trust
