Emmy (formerly Pipsy)'s Story

Emmy (aka Pipsy)

Meet this darling little Bichon beauty, Emmy — a 6-year-old fluffy cloud with a heart full of love just waiting to shine 🤍

At first, she may greet you with a bit of shyness, quietly taking in her surroundings and sizing up her new friends. But give her a little time (and maybe a soft voice or a cozy lap), and you’ll quickly discover her true nature — incredibly affectionate, gentle, and oh-so-sweet. Once she trusts you, she’ll happily soak up all the love and return it tenfold with cuddles and loyal companionship.

She’s wonderful with children ages 3 and up and has done well living with other dogs, especially fellow small pups. Having previously shared her home with another little dog, she would likely enjoy a calm canine companion or be perfectly content as your one-and-only princess.

This lovely girl is looking for a patient and understanding home that can help her brush up on her housebreaking skills (although she has been perfect for us with a puppy pad inside) and give her the consistency she needs to succeed. She came back to the rescue through no fault of her own—her previous owner simply had mobility challenges that made it difficult to properly care for her.

If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who just needs a little time to blossom, she might be your perfect match. With a bit of patience and a lot of love, this sweet Bichon will reward you with a lifetime of devotion, snuggles, and soft little tail wags 💕

Emmy up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed and heartworm negative. I am also current on preventatives.

Interested in Emmy?
