Emmett's Story
Emmett is one of a litter of nine pups. There are seven girls and two boys.
Their mom, Piper, looks very much like an English Pointer.
Emmett was born on February 24th of this year. On February the 25th The pups and mom were dropped off at a shelter in Michigan. They all came into our program a few days later and we are so glad they did because Piper and and the pups are an absolute joy!
Emmett is a big boy with lots of extra skin. He is a chunky sweet heart.
Emmett is the only pup that has the gray with black markings on his spots.
Piper the mom is easy going, gets along with everything (ok, maybe not so much the chickens) and loves all ages of humans, is completely house trained and well mannered and crate trained.
Emmett is just like mom minus the housetraining and crate training part which with proper training I'm sure they will be great.
These pups love to get in laps and snuggle and cuddle.
We have had them out to a University for socialization, have had people with children over here and have really strived for a puppy cullture so they can be the best pets ever.
Inside the house they are contained in a pen which has cloth pads which each pup uses! They should be easy to housetrain.
Outside they have a pen area but they also get to play in our backyard. They enjoy wrestling, snuggling, chasing, playing with toys and being chased and chasing the adult dogs.
Super, super nice pups!
The pups have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccinations, have been wormed, are micro chipped and have been started on heartworm preventative.

To Adopt: Email us at petsconnect@petsconnect.org to request an application

Be sure to check out our facebook where there are so many photos and videos of the pups. Emmett is just like mom minus the housetraining and crate training part which with proper training I'm sure they will be great.
These pups love to get in laps and snuggle and cuddle.
