Emmalee was saved from a local shelter in hopes of finding a loving and forever home!! She was scheduled to be put to sleep along with her newborn puppies because she tested a low positive for Heartworm. She is now being treated, is extremely active and ready to find a wonderful place to live. Although there are no papers, she is thought to be a purebred Husky but on the smaller side.<br/><br/>She is one of the sweetest dogs we've had the opportunity to rescue! She LOVES attention and is sweet to all of the other dogs and puppies. She's definitely more of a Beta female. She had been living in a tiny kennel and now has the freedom here but definitely needs and deserves a place to call home!<br/><br/>She is perfect for any family as she is accustomed to other animals, loves kids and tolerates, but doesn't necessarily like, cats. Won't you consider taking her home and giving her the love she deserves? She has had all of her shots, been dewormed but will need to be fixed and have a Rabies shot once her milk has dried up from nursing.
