Meet Emiline, a stunning chocolate Labrador Retriever mix with hints of Chesapeake Bay Retriever—just look at those soulful eyes!

Emiline is the definition of athletic, adventurous, and intelligent. She thrives in an active home where she can hike, swim, roll in the grass, and play fetch to her heart's content. Whether you're out exploring or coming home after a long day, this charming girl will be there to greet you with her tail wagging a mile a minute.

While Emiline may take a little time to warm up, once she does, she's the most loyal companion you could ask for. When she's not soaking up the great outdoors, she's happy to relax at your feet with her favorite toy.

To give Emiline the love and attention she deserves, she needs to be the only dog in the home. She absolutely adores kids, but because of her enthusiasm, she would do best with children 10 and older who can keep up with her fun-loving energy.

FOSTER UPDATE!!!

*Tell us about a time that made you smile or when they did something cute or heartwarming.
"She is a sweetheart. Every time she rubs up against you wanting love, it warms our heart. Each day she is getting more comfortable with us."

*When was your foster the happiest? What did that look like?
"She loves to get every toy out of the bag and play with them."

*Tell us any ways that your foster grew, or anything learned while in your home.
"She was hesitant at first with her foster dad, but within 2 days they became buddies. She seems more relaxed with household sounds. She does excellent in her kennel, and she didn't have any accidents in the house."

What kind of home do you think your foster would blossom in?
"She is a powerhouse (muscles and energy) and a little intimidating at first. Quickly you see how sweet she is. I think she needs an active household with no small children because she could easily knock little ones down unintentionally."

Emiline's date of birth is 9/11/2019 and she weighs about 57 pounds.

For more videos of this awesome pet and our other rescues, check out our YouTube channel at
www.youtube.com/channel/UCeG4XqjKtZFAYVM6EFV4FRQ

All of our rescues are rehabilitated and once healthy are available for an adoption fee of $95 for cats and dogs. This fee includes:

• Extensive medical health check by a licensed veterinarian
• Up to date on all vaccinations. (Puppies/kittens may require some vet appointments to finish their vaccines. We will pay for those vaccines and the pet must go to our veterinarian.)
• Spayed/Neutered
• Microchipped
• 30-day pet health guarantee for local adoptions only (*Must follow process provided at time of adoption.)
• 30-day money back guarantee

Our goal is to find loving homes for all our rescued animals. Because we care about our rescues and their future, some animals have certain new family requirements before they can be released into their new home. Requirements for adoption could include the following:

• Fenced yard (required for most dogs) (no invisible fences) and home inspection for all animals; we will complete an onsite fence/home check prior to completing the adoption
• Veterinary reference for previous pet owners (must be/have been current on vaccinations and heartworm prevention)
• If there is no previous veterinary history, purchase of a 3-month supply of heartworm/flea/tick prevention
• If renting, verification with landlord on acceptability of pets and any restrictions, pet deposit, etc.
• Meet and greet with current pets to ensure compatibility
• Note: We will call your current/previous veterinarian to verify that you have a history of providing vaccinations and heartworm prevention for your animal(s).

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs or cats, please complete our Online Adoption Application at http://www.fayettefcar.com/ready-to-adopt where you can also read about our adoption requirements.
