Hi, I'm Ember! I'm a 1.5-year-old, 47 lb, Collie/Cattle Dog mix that is ready for a furever home! I've been through a lot in my short life. After raising a litter of puppies, I was diagnosed with a rare malignant cancer. After completing a few rounds of chemo, I came out the other side stronger (and officially TVT-free!). I can be a little shy when I first meet new people, but once I feel safe, I'm all love, I'll lean into you for scratches, follow you around, and be your most loyal companion. I love playing with other dogs, tossing my toys in the air, and running around chasing anything that moves (bonus points if you have a yard or take me on adventures!). I'm looking for an active home that understands a fun, energetic herding girl like me. I'd love to join you for walks, hikes, runs, or even just some good playtime. I'm house trained, crate trained, and hardly ever bark, too! I'd do best in a home with kids over 12 and no cats, please.
