Elyse's Story

Meet Elyse!

Elyse is a beautiful 2 year old pup weighing about 35 pounds, and she’s ready to leave her past behind and finally discover what it means to be truly loved. She was found wandering the streets of South Carolina with her sibling, doing her best to survive while waiting for someone to give her a chance.

Despite her rough start, Elyse has such a bright, hopeful spirit. She is curious, eager, and excited about the world around her. Whether she’s exploring the yard, soaking up attention from her people, or heading out on new adventures, Elyse is happiest when she’s included and loved.

Elyse does well with other dogs and has tested well socially, making her a great candidate for a home with a canine companion. She has a sweet nature and a loyal heart, and she’s ready to build a strong bond with the family lucky enough to call her their own.

At 35 pounds, Elyse is the perfect medium size, big enough to join you on adventures, but compact enough to fit comfortably into many different lifestyles. She’s at that wonderful age where she’s still playful and full of life, while leaving the exhausting puppy phase behind.

More than anything, Elyse is looking for a fresh start and a family who will show her the love and stability she’s always deserved.
