He you are looking for an active, fun-loving pup, he is the one.<br/><br/>Elton is a young, energetic guy who lives for playtime! Toss him a ball and you’ll instantly become best friends. He’s a graduate of the DASH Prison Training Program, where he learned basic commands and continues to work on his manners. He’s housebroken, social, and gets along well with other dogs and people. However, because he can get rough, small dogs are not recommended.<br/><br/>While Elton doesn’t like to share his food or toys, he’s full of affection and thrives when given structure and activity. He hasn’t been tested with kids or cats yet, so proper introductions are important. Elton has a ton of energy to burn and can get jumpy when excited , but with regular exercise and continued training, he’ll be an amazing companion for an active household.<br/><br/>Because Elton is a vocal pup, apartment or condo life wouldn’t be ideal. He also enjoys “talking” to passing cars, so a secure, tall fence is a must, this adventurous boy is a climber!<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and fun companion who’s always up for a good time, Elton could be your perfect match.
