Elsa's Story
Elsa is a lovely all white young lady with those beautiful blue eye, and she's about 1 year old. She came to us as a stray dog and her family did not come to find her. What's up with that?! So here she is, dreaming of a new loving home with a family that really, really "gets it" when it comes to having a husky family member.

Remember: Young dogs are just teenagers in dog years. They require time and attention every day so they continue to grow up into well-behaved family companions forever, ESPECIALLY HUSKIES! Typical of her breed she needs plenty of exercise every day. Does that fit your DAILY schedule, rain or shine? If so, she'd make a great running partner and you'd both benefit! And she would benefit from doggy puzzles and games, and interaction with his people. She would love to be a family's best friend forever. PLEASE do your research on huskies and be sure you understand the needs of the breed before you adopt one. They're not a breed for just anybody, and you do need to be husky-savvy to make for a happy family and a happy canine companion.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea-treated, and micro-chipped prior to adoption. Call ahead to schedule a meet-and greet! Adoption Fee: $110.00.

The public is welcome to come adopt the patriotic pets at the Camp Pendleton Animal Shelter! Even if you don't have normal, regular access to the base, please DO give us a call and we will work with you to set up a meeting. 760-725-8120
