Elsa's Story

Meet Elsa, a Rat Terrier mix. She is around 2 years old. She came in with 3 other small dogs. She like the others is another social butterfly. She has not been tested with small children but she does like our office cat. She is up to date on her shots and microchipped. She is on the schedule to be spayed. If you would like to meet Elsa, please complete an application on our website. Friends4poundpaws.org
