Elsa's Story
Hi, I'm Elsa! I'm 8.5 years old, and I'm 50% Great Pyrenees and 50% husky-malamute. I love kids and I'm good with people. I'm also good with other dogs about 95% of the time. Occasionally there is another alpha female that I have to work things out with. Despite being somewhat of an alpha female myself, I often shy away from other dogs who show aggression toward me. I am loyal and loving and I love affection and attention! I am not afraid of bears, and I have been known to chase them off! I need space and lots of exercise. A rural farm or ranch away from a highway would be the ideal new home for me. My breed is known to protect sheep and I will happily keep bears and coyotes away.
