Meet the silly and delightfully mischievous Elphie! Elphie is a very special silly girl who came in to our shelter with her best friend in the world, Galinda. Elphie was extremely scared when she first arrived, but really blossomed when she started spending more time with Galinda! Now that they have fully reconnected, Elphie feels free to be her true, silly self! She loves to wrestle with her sister (or any other dog in the general vicinity) and go galloping around our play yard.
