Meet Elmo! <br/><br/>Elmo’s story is a sad one — he was abandoned, and when we tried to reach his owners, they claimed they had rehomed him. Unfortunately, his supposed new family never came forward. Despite it all, Elmo hasn’t let his past dim his spirit.<br/><br/>This sweet boy is friendly, playful, and easygoing. He seems to do well with other dogs (though we always recommend proper introductions at the rescue). The staff and volunteers absolutely adore him — he’s one of those dogs who’s just a joy to be around.
