She was found as a stray, abandoned and left to survive on her own. Kind neighbors fed her, but no one was able to give her the forever home she deserved.<br/><br/>Since July 20, 2023, Elmira has been waiting at the Delano Animal Shelter… that’s nearly 3 years with zero inquiries 😞<br/><br/>Despite everything she’s been through, Elmira remains incredibly loving and gentle. She has been tested with multiple dogs and does well with them—she just wants companionship, safety, and someone to love her.<br/><br/>✨ Spayed, microchipped, vaccinated (including rabies), dog-friendly, sweet, calm, and affectionate<br/><br/>Elmira deserves so much more than a kennel.
