City of Chico Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
Cat and kitten adoption fee: $70.00 ($49.00 + $21.00 Co-Pay)
Cats over 8 years old: $49.00
Dog adoption fee: $59+ $0-50 (Spay/Neuter Co-Pay)
Small animal adoption fee: $12.50 + (Spay/Neuter Co-Pay: $0-50)
Dogs are heartworm tested, cats are FELV/FIV tested, and all animals will be microchipped. All animals are currently vaccinated for common canine and feline diseases, dewormed, treated for fleas (when necessary), and are screened for health and temperament.
Dog licenses are available at the shelter for the City of Chico.

We're open every day from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 PM. (By appointment only)
