Elliot's Story

Age: 5 yrs
Weight: 6 lbs
Adoption fee: $300

Meet Elliot aka Miss Ellie. Need a bff? She’s your girl. She will happily sit in your lap any time anywhere. She doesn't want to play with the other dogs, though she co-exists well. Ellie came from hoarding situation and has made great strides. She has separation anxiety, so a home body would be her ideal new owner. She prefers women and would prefer to be a one-person dog. She has been fostered in a home with a doggy door and one where she pottied on leash and seemed to do better with the leash or being taken out into an enclosed area, because if she went out the doggy door she'd have to be all alone, and that is not her idea of a good time. She does this cute little tappy toes thing with her feet when she gets excited.

Ellie has a heart murmur that’s currently being monitored and the vet did not recommend any special treatment at this time.
