Ellie Marie is a goofy Shih Tzu mix. She can bite or snap if scared. It took her 2-3 days to be comfortable with me and now I can do anything to her. She barks at strangers but would be a great companion for a single female. She did well for the groomer. She loves to sleep in bed with me snuggled up. During the day she is active and good with my dogs but I would not call her playful. She is a dominant dog so would do good with submissive dogs or as an only dog. <br/><br/>She loves belly rubs and attention but isn't a velcro dog. She has kcs (dry eye), so will need cyclosporine for life and that runs about $30 a month. <br/><br/>She can get food aggressive with other dogs but she is in a large pack here and is manageable. <br/><br/><br/>She is 5-6 years old, spayed, up to date on shots, hw negative and microchipped. <br/><br/>Adoption fee is: $250<br/><br/>ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract.
