ELLIE MAE is a beautiful hound mix puppy, just over 3 months old, 25 pounds, spayed and up to date on shots. She has unique markings that make her look like she is wearing white leggins. And what an adorable expressive face! Everyone that meets her remarks on her markings. She loves being outdoors and, as all puppies are, she is very curious about her surroundings. She is a sun worshiper, loves to lay out on the grass and soak up the rays. ELLIE MAE is OK in a crate, but she would rather roll over on her back and get tummy rubs from her humans. She is playful and enjoys her toys, good with dogs AND cats! She is currently in a loving foster home in the Baltimore, MD area, but we can work out transporting her to the right home. The Rescue Express's Adoption Policy
All potential foster families and adopters are required to fill out an application, both of which can be found on our website. Our foster families are our biggest resource, and the more foster families we add to our family, the more dogs we can save. Our foster families are required to provide a loving, healthy, temporary home for the dogs that we have pulled from shelters who have yet to find their forever families. The rescue covers all medical expenses while our dogs are in foster care. We also require our foster families to work with one of our trainers to address any behavioral problems that develop. This partnership with local trainers is essential to making our foster families' lives easier and raises each of our dogs' adoption potential. These trainers are dedicated to savin
