Due to her condition and small size, ELLIE will not be placed in a home with small children or large dogs. A new owner familiar with her condition, and possibly with a veterinary background, or extensive knowledge of hydrocephalus would be a plus!<br/><br/>Since coming into rescue...ELLIE has had her bloodwork checked, been spayed and microchipped, and has had her DAPP/L, bordetella and rabies vaccination. She has been dewormed and had a negative fecal check and has received Revolution heartworm/flea preventative. <br/><br/>If you think your home is the one for special little ELLIE, the first step is to contact us by email, not using the Petfinder link as we have had difficulty receiving those inquiries, but send an email directly to us at aboutrescuedogs@aol.com and tell us about your family situation and explain why you think your home would be a good match for ELLIE. Also please include your name, address, and phone number in the email.
