She would be perfectly happy having furry siblings, but she would also absolutely thrive as a spoiled only child. After everything this little girl has been through, we think being treated like the queen she is sounds pretty perfect! <br/><br/>Ellie loves being close to her people. At night, she happily sleeps in her foster's bed, and while her foster is at work, she can be found lounging on the couch with the other dogs. One of her favorite spots? The very top of the couch, where she can oversee everything happening around her. <br/><br/>She is mostly house trained and enjoys spending time outside. A fenced-in yard would be wonderful for Ellie, but it is not required. She also loves car rides, although longer trips can make her a little nervous. For shorter adventures, though, she absolutely loves hanging her head out the window and taking in all the smells. <br/><br/>And then there's Ellie's begging face. She can get a little loud and barky when her humans are eating, but honestly... that adorable little face makes it pretty hard not to laugh. Her begging is downright precious!<br/><br/>Sadly, Ellie came to us with a rubber band tied tightly around her little mouth by someone who clearly did not treat her with the love and kindness she deserved. We can only imagine that life wasn't always very good to this sweet girl. But despite her past, Ellie has remained incredibly loving, gentle, and trusting.<br/><br/>Now, Ellie is ready for the life she should have had all along—a safe, loving home where she can be pampered, spoiled, and reminded every single day just how special she is.<br/><br/>She gets along great with every human and dog in her foster family and is ready to find her people.<br/><br/> Ellie doesn't need a palace. She just needs a home where she'll be treated like the queen she is.
