OR if you want a running buddy for adventures, paddle board trips, camping, hiking, Ellie is happy to match your vibe<br/><br/>This adorable 30–35 lb pocket pittie mix is smart, affectionate, and full of personality. She learns quickly, loves being included in whatever her humans are doing, and is just as happy riding shotgun on a car ride as she is supervising snack time from the couch.<br/><br/>Ellie has wonderful house manners, rides great in the car, and isn’t destructive. She has that perfect balance of independence and affection — she can entertain herself when needed, but she’d always rather be hanging out with her people.<br/><br/>She may do well with the right dog after proper introductions, or she may prefer life as the spoiled only-dog princess she believes she is.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a loyal, low-maintenance companion who’s just as happy lounging beside you on the couch or as she is crossing the finish line as your marathon running buddy, Ellie Belly is ready to steal your heart — and probably your favorite seat too.<br/><br/>As an adoption fee-based rescue, we do not operate on monthly support or fundraisers. Our adoption fee of $350 covers transport, which is arranged post-adoption, and is tax-deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Should you wish to arrange your own transport, the adoption fee remains the same.
