We picked up Miss Ellie as an abandoned senior girl with what looked like mange. The vet test revealed an easily-treated fungal infection as well as Lyhme dusease; she has since made a full recovery and is anxiously looking for her furever home!<br/><br/>Ellie is about 12 years old, is completely housebroken, kind and loving, super good with kids! Her recent experience with abandonment left her very anxious, but doggy Prozac is helping with that. She just really, really wants to go HOME.<br/><br/>Ellie is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines and prevention meds, and in good health for her age. She could use a dental cleaning.<br/><br/>She's crate trained and follows her foster mom around without a leash- she just wants to be with someone! She'll need soft hands, a warm heart, and a calm environment to really flourish. <br/><br/>Ellie's beautiful soft Irish Setter coat has just started growing out, and in a year should be back to its former glory.
