All dogs including pups are fully vetted and have health records.<br/><br/>Ella 5 to 7 year old spayed female Sheltie 14.5 pounds.<br/><br/>If ever a dog at RAWL has captured the heart of the staff and volunteers it has be Ella. Oh, how we wish she could talk. Ella was found as a stray. She was clearly owned by an accomplished dog owner. She is kind, gentle and has a lot of training. Each day she shows how trained she is. So why is this amazing dog at RAWL? Your guess is as good as ours. Being around Ella I noticed in new environments she becomes worried and sticks to you like glue. Off to the vet we went. Ella has limited vision. Depth perception seems to be her limitation. Once she knows her environment she able to get around like a dog with full vision. She loves her crate, it is a source of safety. The door can remain open as Ella has proven to be housebroken. Her personality is low key and just sweet. She would do best in a home with another dog with a like personality.
