He is completely vetted. <br/><br/>Eli is a friendly, happy boy! He was surrendered along with four other pets when their owner became medically frail. He is good with kids, cats, and dogs. He does well on walks. <br/><br/>As his foster mom, I am having him wear a belly band in the house to help remind him about being housetrained. I praise him while he potties outside.
