Eli's Story

Oour happy, friendly, slightly goofy boy is all set for a home of his very own! Eli, a 21⁄2-year-old, 45 lb house- and crate-trained Jack Russell/Pit mix (best guess!, loves his humans, makes a great walking/jogging buddy or car co-pilot, and will happily nap at your feet before snuggling up at the end of the day. Eli gets along with other dogs and teens and would thrive in an active home with lots of playtime (and cuddles!). He has impressive jumping skills and loves visiting the neighbor's dog, so a watchful eye or yard tether is key. Steady kids are the best match - he's full of excitement when he meets everyone and could accidentally knock a tiny tot over. Microchipped, vaccinated, neutered, AND his adoption fee fully sponsored - now he just needs his forever home!

Please review the following requirements prior to submitting an application: All applicants must be at least 25 years of age or older. We require a secure traditionally fenced yard (not electric) yard in order to adopt. *Occasionally exception are made for apartments/condos.* All current pets must be spayed/neutered, up to date with vaccines, and current on heart worm pill and flea and tick pill.
